Since I got hired by Software Innovation A/S a year ago, I had to change developing in my preferable IDE (at that time Eclipse) to Visual Studio 2003. While VS2003 is not bad, I hope that most .NET developers lives in a happy ignorance not knowing what they are missing.

A good post on IDE’s by Joerg Plewe explains this a bit further:
